He answered all of our questions with a solid depth of product knowledge. He made himself available (on his day off) to assist should any situation arise that required an intervention from your company. Your installation folks and I apologize as their names escape me arrived on promptly and were very courteous and informative as they prepared the infrastructure for all the equipment that we ordered. Before they left they gave us some helpful tips as to how to use the new hardware. Lastly this past Sat James Flowers came to turn our new Bose system up and we are now enjoying the full use of our new viewing and listening capabilities.

I confess I had noticed that the price had been reduced by Future Shop, but I did not expect the rebate from you which came as a wonderful surprise. I should also say that even without the rebate I would not have been unhappy to have purchased from you.
