ROGER
Owner / Sales Design Consultant

Roger started his career in the audio/video industry in the early 80's. Before joining his partner Sue (Signature Audio Video), he ran one of Ottawa’s most successful car audio outlets. In the early 90's, he joined Trends Electronics and oversaw and managed Eastern Canada for a number of prominent custom audio products.

Roger received training and technical knowledge from the best in North America and today applies all of his skills and knowledge to every project handled by Signature Audio Video

CHAD
Design / Integration Specialist

Chad started his career with a small custom Audio/Video retailer in 1990 in their sales department. His time with this retailer was spent designing and installing mid to high end home and car audio systems.

In 1999 he joined Trends Electronics, a west coast based wholesaler as the Ontario Sales Representative and was also National Sales trainer for Audio/Video design.

In 2002, he was invited to become a member of the Signature AVU team to apply his extensive years of sales and design expertise.

COREY
Design / Integration Specialist

Since 2000 Corey has been doing custom installations and design. He has been with Signature Audio for over 5 years and now manages the custom whole custom division at Signature, overseeing all of the major jobs at the store.

A graduate of Security and Alarms Technology at Algonquin College, Corey has also attended CEDIA Boot Camp and has taken several CEDIA courses while visiting their international trade shows. This training enhances his knowledge and expertise in the custom audio video field.

FRANCINE
Administrative Assistant

Francine is one of our admin. assistants in charge of new construction plans, layout of speakers and audio/video outlets. Her background in graphic design and page layout ensures all of our working plans are correct.

JON
Sales Consultant

Jon has been working in the world of pro audio for the past 14 years as a sound engineer and music producer and has also done location sound for television. His passions for acoustics and audio have been enhanced through his work designing and building recording studios, home studios and custom music rooms in the past decade. The world of home theater has been the logical next step and Jon is very excited to be a part of the Signature team.

BRAD
Sales Consultant

Brad has been with Signature Audio Video for two years and brings over a decade of experience in Audio Video sales, design and installation with him. In that time he has acquired a passion for audio, as well as developed a broad knowledge of electronic equipment and how to design and integrate it into your home. Brad would be happy to help you through the process of finding the system that is right for you.

KEVIN
Programmer / Custom Installer

Kevin has been working in the custom home theatre & networking industry since 2003.

He is a graduate of Media Dynamics in Toronto and has spent the past 6 years continuing to improve & refine his skills through work experience, courses and certifications.

His product knowledge, attention to detail, and strong work ethic enable him to install anything from basic home theatre systems through to complete home automation. Kevins’ passion for our industry is reflected in every job he does.

ROBIN
I.T. Specialist / Programmer

Robin is in charge of IT Operations within the company. He has a diploma and several certifications from Algonquin College in Computer Programming with certifications in Information Systems, Cisco Networking Administration and additional certifications from other institutes in Control4 Level 1 Technician and Control4 Level 2 Technician.

MIKE
Custom Installer

Mike, although a recent addition to our team, has been in the industry for more than twelve years. He is known for his attention to detail and troubleshooting skills in all his projects.

On weekends, Mike likes going to his cottage and building furniture. We are looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Mike.

BRUCE
Custom Installer

As one of our lead installers, Bruce brings more than seven years' A/V experience, while specializing in audio.

With previous commercial experience in installations and graphic design, Bruce has worked on some of Ottawa's largest audio/video projects.

Bruce has been a member of Signature Audio Video's team for more than two years.

His hobbies include collecting cars and he owns what is believed to be the world's only twin-engine Echo.

ALCIDE
Warehouse Manager

Alcide has been with Signature Audio Video for the past five years and has proven to be an invaluable asset with his several years' worth of experience in shipping, receiving and customer service.

Alcide keeps our stock and warehouse operating at peak efficiency.

He lives in Smiths Falls with his wife and their dog named Bonsai.

PATRICK
Sales Consultant

Patrick is a recent addition to Signature Audio Video. He has 15 years' experience in the A/V industry working in sales, programming and design.

Patrick possesses an innate love of audio and is thrilled to be a part of Signature Audio Video's team.

KELLY
Office Administrator

Kelly is a welcome addition to the Signature Audio Video team, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in accounting, payroll and office admin.

Always one to embrace change, Kelly looks forward to the challenges of her new position with SIGAV.

In Kelly’s spare time you will usually find her and her family either in a skating rink during the winter or at a campground during the summer.

SUE
Office Administrator

Sue began her career in 1987 where she and her husband opened an electronics store in Cornwall. Ten years later, they sold the store and relocated to Kanata to start a new electronics business in a growing, upscale community.

Presently Sue co-manages Signature Audio Video with her partner Roger. Sue is in charge of all financial and administrative aspects of the business. When not working, you'll usually find her relaxing at her cottage amongst family and friends.
