	SUE OWNER/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Sue began her career in 1987 where she and her husband opened an electronics store in Cornwall. Ten years later, they sold the store and relocated to Kanata to start a new electronics business in a growing, upscale community. Presently Sue co-manages Signature Audio Video with her partner Roger. Sue is in charge of all financial and administrative aspects of the business. When not working, you'll usually find her relaxing at her cottage amongst family and friends. top

	ROGER OWNER/SALES DESIGN CONSULTANT Roger started his career in the audio/video industry in the early 80's. Before joining his partner Sue (Signature Audio Video), he ran one of Ottawa’s most successful car audio outlets. In the early 90's, he joined Trends Electronics and oversaw and managed Eastern Canada for a number of prominent custom audio products. Roger received training and technical knowledge from the best in North America and today applies all of his skills and knowledge to every project handled by Signature Audio Video top

	CHAD DESIGN/INTEGRATION SPECIALIST Chad started his career with a small custom Audio/Video retailer in 1990 in their sales department. His time with this retailer was spent designing and installing mid to high end home and car audio systems. In 1999 he joined Trends Electronics, a west coast based wholesaler as the Ontario Sales Representative and was also National Sales trainer for Audio/Video design. In 2002, he was invited to become a member of the Signature AVU team to apply his extensive years of sales and design expertise. top

	COREY FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Since 2000 Corey has been doing custom installations and design. He has been with Signature Audio for over 3 years and now manages the custom whole custom division at Signature, overseeing all of the major jobs at the store. A graduate of Security and Alarms Technology at Algonquin College, Corey has also attended CEDIA Boot Camp and has taken several CEDIA courses while visiting their international trade shows. This training enhances his knowledge and expertise in the custom audio video field. top


	ALCIDE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING Alcide has been involved in all facets of retail for the past 30 years. His experience ensures that all of our incoming and outgoing shipments as well as orders are carefully detailed. Alcide has also taken on the task of scrutinizing our product service and warranty items. Alcide also prepares our store each day to make sure your experience is one to remember. top

	CHRIS SALES/INSTALLATION/SERVICE COORDINATOR Chris joined our team in October 2006 and is extremely motivated and excited when learning about our products and our industry. He’s had a passion for electronics since he was young. With his father owning a video store, he already had experience in a related field. Getting involved with all aspects of the business is going to make him very versatile when it comes to creating a system that is perfect for you and your home or business. top

	GLEN PROGRAMMER/CUSTOM INSTALLER Glen started in the AV industry in Kirkland Lake in 1994, the same year he met his wife. They soon relocated to Ottawa and Glen continued working in the AV industry mainly on the sales floor. But as time went on, he realized that installing was more challenging and satisfying. Since the onset of Signature Audio Videos Custom Install Division, Glen has been a valuable asset in developing quality standards for the store. Glen says thanks to the people he has worked with over the years as he has learned a great deal from each one. He has spent what he considers a great eleven years and is looking forward to another eleven. Glen hopes that one day his sons will join him in his work. top

	KEVIN CUSTOM INSTALLER Kevin has been working in the custom home theatre and networking industry for several years. However, electronics have fascinated him most of his life. He recently attended Media Dynamics in Toronto where he acquired his CEDIA Certification. During his employment at Signature Audio Video, Kevin has learned to install anything from basic home theatre systems, to whole home automation. top

	MIKE CUSTOM INSTALLER Mike, although a recent addition to our team, has been in the industry for more than twelve years. He is known for his attention to detail and troubleshooting skills in all his projects. On weekends, Mike likes going to his cottage and building furniture. We are looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Mike. top

	JON SALES CONSULTANT Jon has been working in the world of pro audio for the past 14 years as a sound engineer and music producer and has also done location sound for television. His passions for acoustics and audio have been enhanced through his work designing and building recording studios, home studios and custom music rooms in the past decade. The world of home theater has been the logical next step and Jon is very excited to be a part of the Signature team. Jon recently attended Media Dynamics in Toronto and successfully completed the Residential Systems and Home Theater Program and also passed his CEDIA Level 1 certification. top

	MARK SALES CONSULTANT Mark started his career in the audio/video industry six years ago when he joined the Signature Audio Video team. Trained thoroughly by the Signature Audio Video experts on all facets of the home theatre design, he is fully qualified to help you with your custom system. Be it a front projector complete with 100” screen, or audio distributed throughout the home, Mark is here to make your custom audio video dreams become reality. top

	ROBIN I.T. Specalist I have the pleasure of being the IT Specialist with Signature Audio Video. I have a diploma and several certifications from Algonquin College in Computer Programming and Information Systems with certifications in Web Design, Database Administration and Control4 Level 1 Technician. I also have additional certifications in Project Management and Digital Web Studio. With over 8 years of working in the IT industry I bring a wide range of I.T abilities to Signature Audio Video. top
