Our in-house IT staff is prepared to work with you to maximize system performance. We specialize in network integration, consulting and support as well as offering commercial grade IT services. Fully compliant with Control 4 automation and custom control systems, our network specialists configure, install and support the latest IT technologies . With an ever increasing reliance on network connectivity and infrastructure, our specialists enable powerful yet simple control of all the products and technologies in your home.

Why Do You Need A IT Specialist

In a network, different computer workstations are connected by cabling or wireless systems. This allows them to communicate with each other, including mass electronic mail capabilities. Workstations are sometimes attached to data handling hardware such as servers, which hold a large amount of data, and distribute it as needed to other parts of the network. All of these complex systems require talented I.T Specialist to set up, maintain and troubleshoot the entire network to make sure that the business / home always has the capabilities that the network was intended to support.

A network specialist helps to create and maintain these complex systems. The network specialist will learn a lot about technologies like the Unix operating system, which is often used in network administration, as well as other proprietary software packages. Network specialists also learn about the right ways to set up a server, and how to diagnose different hardware and software problems.

We Offer -> Network Audit

During our network audit we will document and evaluate your current network configuration and discuss your current and future network requirements.

We Offer -> Network Tune-Up

To determine what to do during a network tune-up, we follow a similar decision-making process as for our desktop tune-up.

After conducting an audit and discussing your list of outstanding items, we can create a fixed-cost budget to get your networks up to snuff. We will help you understand the technical impact of each item on your network infrastructure, and then work with you to develop a prioritized list that addresses both your budget and technical priorities.

Again, once your network infrastructure is brought up to the performance level you require, it will be much easier and more efficient to engage in ongoing preventative maintenance and service.

We Offer -> Network Preventative & Ongoing Maintenance

It is much more cost effective, secure and satisfying for your users to maintain your network than to repair it.

We utilize the same three approaches to managing your network work queue as we do in managing your desktop work queue. They are:

  1. Ticket priority - Issues are resolved in order of severity and user impact, with users or your administrator issuing service requests and all requests being resolved.
  2. Sequential priority- Issues are resolved in the order the service requests are received. Older issues are resolved first.
  3. Budget priority - At each scheduled service we will examine issues with your administrator, assign priorities to each service request and resolve as many issues as possible within the allocated service budget. This approach is an excellent way of making sure that budget dollars are allocated to the highest priority items on an ongoing basis. Less critical items are then deferred until such time as a window opens in your budget.
